Registration Fees

Registration fees for the conference are as follows:
Full-time: 125
Part-time: 100
Postgraduate: 75

We have endeavoured to keep registration fees as low as possible, in recognition of the straitened times for academics at every level. Please contact us if you have any questions about which rate is right for you.

Registration will open at the start of March and run until the 10th April. Registration happens in two parts: we ask all our delegates to fill out the form below, with important information about access and dietary requirements included, and then to click the button underneath to pay their fees.

Refunds

Full refunds (minus the processing fee from our payment platform) can be provided in the case of withdrawal up to 10th May; after this time, we cannot provide any refunds, as we are working to the deadlines for payment for our venue and caterers.

Accommodation & Travel

UCD provides on-campus accommodation for conference delegates, and we have set up a special page dedicated to all things accommodation here, where you can book your accommodation with UCD at your convenience. We have also listed a number of other hotels in Dublin that we recommend for their ease of access to UCD, and provided information on how best to get to/from UCD and Dublin city centre.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Friday 12th June, followed by a book launch. We need to judge the numbers of dinner attendees before we book, and we would be very grateful if you could indicate in the form below whether you intend to join us for dinner or not. We will contact interested delegates in due course about paying for the conference dinner via a secure link, and if you change your mind before this, just let us know. Please ensure you indicate any dietary requirements in the box below, as these will be taken into account when booking the restaurant as well.

ICGRN Membership

The ICGRN invite all delegates, guests and researchers more broadly to become members of the Network for a flat membership rate of 10/year which renews annually but is cancellable at any time with a simple email to us. We hope that this minimal fee will be accessible to researchers at every level. You will become a member of the Network’s mailing list and have access to further benefits as the Network grows. Crucially, your contributions will support the Network website and our future activities, which includes conferences and other events. It is not always easy for conference organisers to secure institutional funding (especially for organisers who are not on permanent contracts) and having a small pool of funds helps the Network to keep our registration fees for conferences as low as we can, and allocate institutional funding elsewhere. In 2026, this membership is voluntary; for future conferences, participation will require membership of the Network.
